LRQA provides a number of training solutions tailored to meet your needs and to ensure that you get the most out of your Food Safety standards and schemes.
Achieving certification to some of the world’s most widely-recognised international management system standards requires strategic planning, a strong internal team effort, coupled with a close working relationship with an independent and recognised provider of professional assurance services such as LRQA. These are just some of our clients whose achievements headlined last week.
Food industry experts will be especially involved in this revision, however other users of the standard will be targeted as necessary. This will include organisations looking for a model by which to develop regulatory requirements with a food safety management approach, and those organisations who don’t directly “manage food” but whose activities fall within the scope of the standard, e.g. water.
The ISO Technical Committee for management systems for food safety, TC34 SC17, met recently in Copenhagen for its annual meeting to discuss the revisions to the international food safety management system standard, ISO 22000, among other key topics.
