Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officers can now earn SDU points for completing LRQA’s OH&S Management System Auditor/Lead Auditor Course*.
The 5-day course meets the requirements of the Internal Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) course criteria “IRCA 2020” and provides learners with the knowledge and skills to perform second and third party audits of OH&S management systems to the current OHSAS 18001 standard in accordance with ISO 19011 Guidelines for the Management System Auditing.
This course is also part of the Continuing Professional Development Programme (CPD) for Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer. A registered WSH Officer is required to comply with requirements relating to CPD as part of the criteria to renew his practice. Upon successful completion of the course, the participants will be awarded with 40 SDU points.
In addition, the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) also provides a training grant support of $600 per eligible participant for attendees attending the course.
