Ease of Transfer
As an organisation already approved to a management system standard, you will already have an established relationship with your current certification provider. However, if you are thinking about a change, we are here to help you make a quick and relatively easy transition. Building and sustaining a positive and supportive relationship with our clients is at the heart of the LRQA ethic, and from first enquiry to new approvals, we ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
No-cost, no-obligation quote
We begin by providing a no-cost, no-obligation quotation. If you do decide to select LRQA, we will arrange for an assessor to visit with your organisation to initiate a certificate transfer process.
What happens during the visit?
We will visit your organisation and look at the following:
previous visit reports;
changes to the organization and management system;
internal and external audit reports;
corrective and preventive action;
management review;
current certification, standards and scope; and
surveillance program.
Once this visit has been completed successfully and if there are no issues outstanding, we will issue you with a new certificate and agree on a surveillance program. LRQA would normally look to maintain your current cycle of surveillance and certificate renewal visits.
